Alexander J. Kassicieh BS is a MS3 at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine and intends to apply to neurosurgery residency in 2024. His interests include skull base and minimally invasive surgery and efficiency of patient care. He has been working with the University of New Mexico Department of Neurosurgery in very exciting frailty analysis to better understand what preoperative characteristics may predict surgical outcomes, so that future surgical interventions can be safer and more effective.
