Jack Xiao is a medical student at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in neuroscience with a minor in philosophy. There he worked in Dr. Glenn Lin’s lab on drug development for neurodegenerative disorders. He is interested in the field of neurosurgery along with technology and innovations. His current research interests include neurological cancers, cerebrovascular pathologies, and peripheral nerve injuries. He is a member of the Health Innovation and Entrepreneurship pathway and has worked with local companies to develop new technologies to better neurological care. When he has time, he enjoys playing pick-up basketball, flag football, and soccer. Additionally, he is a fan of the theater and holds season tickets to the KeyBank Broadway Series at Playhouse Square.
