Been passionate about the brain and surgery since High School years. Proceeded to acquire Medical Degree at the University of the Catholic Sacred Heart of Rome, Italy, in the International MD program in 2019 at age 23, with a dissertation in Neurosurgery titled "A Preliminary Proteomic Investigation of Cavitron Ultrasonic Surgical Aspirate of 5-ALA Defined Tumor and Peritumoral Zones following the Shotgun Approach", supervised by Professor Alessandro Olivi (Neurosurgeon), and Dr Claudia Desiderio (Biochemist).
Worked as a frontline COVID doctor in Italy during the Pandemic from 2020 to 2021.
Moved to Paris to start neurosurgery residency at GHU Paris Neurosciences & Psychiatrie at Hôpital Sainte Anne, in 2021.
Currently a student conducting research to acquire her Master of Science in neurosurgical sciences degree, at Université de Paris Est Creteil.
Clinical and biological research carried out at Johns Hopkins University at the Hunterian Neurosurgical Laboratory of Research supervised by Dr. Henry Brem and Betty Tyler, at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore Rome supervised by Dr. Alessandro Olivi, and at GHU Paris supervised by Pr Johan Pallud.
Especially interested in neuro-oncology, epilepsy, and functional/stereotactic surgery.
