Ryan Hess, MD is a PGY-4 University at Buffalo Neurosurgery. He currently is actively engaged in research on the role of active fluid exchange in the treatment of several neurosurgical pathologies including intraventricular hemorrhge, chronic subdural hematoma, ventriculitis, and aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. In addition, he is currently involved in socioeconomic research that pertains to length of stay following spine surgery.
