Ramesh Grandhi, MD is an Associate Professor within the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Utah. He serves as the Division Chief of Neurotrauma and the Neuroendovascular Fellowship Director. He is an ABNS-certified, dual trained cerebrovascular neurosurgeon who treats vascular pathologies through both endovascular techniques and traditional, open microsurgical approaches. In addition, he has a significant interest in advancing the care of neurotrauma patients and his research interests span the continuum of care for individuals with stroke, traumatic brain injury, cerebrovascular and spinal cord injury.
