Dr. Skulsampaopol is a neurosurgeon from Bangkok. After completing Neurosurgery residency training in 2019, she became a lecturer in Surgery Department, Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand.
Given her deep interest in enhancing education for surgical training and surgical leadership, she did further training in Neurosurgical Education Fellowship at St. Michael's Hospital under supervision of Prof. Dr. Michael D. Cusimano who is a Professor in Education, Public Health and Neurosurgery during 2020-2022. At the same time, she also took part in Education Scholar Program at Centre for Faculty Development and Postgraduate Leadership Certificate Program at University of Toronto to develop expertise in these fields. Now, she is pursuing Endoscopic and Skull Base Fellowship at St. Michael's Hospital with Dr. Cusimano.
Her career's goals are to be a skillful endoscopic and skull base neurosurgeon to provide care for the patients with complex skull base diseases and surgical educator to help improve surgical training holistically including skill training, mentoring, wellness and support women to have more opportunities in Neurosurgery.
