Dr. Jonathan Jagid is a Professor of clinical Neurologic Surgery at the University of Miami. Dr. Jagid obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester. He completed his graduate medical education in medicine New York Medical College. He did his Neurosurgical training at the University of Miami finishing in 2001 and subsequently joining the Neurosurgical faculty. Dr. Jagids practice focuses on Traumatic brain injury, Functional and Epilepsy. He is the Chief of Neurotrauma at the Ryder Trauma Center and fellowship director of functional and Neurocritical care programs. Dr. Jagid has pubished multiple peer review manuscripts on the topics of LiTT for epilepsy, deep brain stimulation, and traumatic brain injury.
